Can one avoid making a copy of a movie one made a long time  ago as this movie was

The trailers come out and as far as it looks  it looks good with a bigger budget  than the fith element
Who used less money for making the movie it looks like there are more details  spaceships where in the other  where the only was a few spaceships  would it had made it better  visuel ? Rihanna is in the movie as far it can be seen in the trailer from 2016 but there are a little mayby putting a Singer in a scifi movie unless the role is played well  by her
But you can see things from the fith element  who also is in the trailer the  enemy holding the gun as the mangalores  did when they were  trading with   zorg the elementStones after he gave them weapons even though they didnt have them  as Plava Laguna had  you almost feel sorry for them
In the few Monuments one sees the trailer for bessons new movie
So t was difficult to see what more was taken from the movie funny ennough it hasnt come out yet
